5 out of 5 stars Right Book At The Right Time: Most Informative, Practical & Helpful Guide For Distressed Americans   April 4, 2008

After reading about Petrovich in the New York Times and seeing him interviewed on Fox BusinessNews, I bought a copy of his book. Coming at a time when so many Americans are facing foreclosure and bankruptcy, this well-written & well-organized book gives clear and practical steps to help those who need real information to guide them out of chaos. I'm a novice, but I found it reader-friendly and easy to follow. It even includes a dictionary of important terms readers will find useful. I recommend it highly.

4 out of 5 stars Foreclosure fight guides   March 7, 2010
Jerry Liu
The author has a unfortunate foreclosure experience before and has the sympathy to distressed hard-working homeowners. This books provides step-by-step instructions and workout sheets for your records.

Let me repeat the three most important things distressed homeowners should do to save their home.
1. Face the problem--contact the lender
2. Contact a housing counselor
3. Avoid foreclosure prevention companies or foreclosure "recovery" scams--don't pay unnecessary fees to these companies, and never sigh away title to your property.

I only give four stars because there is no root cause explanation of subprime crisis. You will find it in Peter Schiff's book Crash Proof: How to Profit From the Coming Economic Collapse (Lynn Sonberg Books)
