Amazon is not just like ebay. In amazon everything is straight but in ebay lots of tricky people cheating customer.

I found this book to be thorough and concise, however, as a six year veteran it wasn't quite what I was looking for. New to mortgage lending? Or perhaps you've served a single function in the biz and now wish to fly solo... then this is a must have for your book shelf. My review isn't fair because I've not read it all, having flipped back and forth and skipped that which is burned into my head already, but I feel if your serious enough to actually buy books and study this stuff, then you probably already know this stuff. I STILL THINK YOU MUST HAVE IT, even if you are a veteran. Especially if you are training for the exam. Every book shelf needs a reference manual ;-)
