Buy this book if you are buying a house. March 8, 2005

My husband and I bought our house this past winter. LUCKILY we read this book first. We had never owned a house before and after reading this book we knew what to look out for. The author made it very easy for us to understand how a mortgage is set up and priced so that when we met with our mortgage broker for financing, we let him know that we already had all the information and paperwork needed to get approved. We also knew what kind of mortgage we wanted. He was actually happy because we weren't wasting his time as well.
This was great because the reader can actually go to his website and ask the author a question if there was something they might not understand.
Buying this book made our lives a whole lot easier and knowledgeable about the mortgage industry. If you are buying a house, definitely buy this book.
